These two challenging hillside parcels were conventionally unbuildable as a city storm sewer easement traverses the canyon section of the property. With a nod to several dramatic precedents, this proposal literally joins the two properties by bridging them from side to side with an 85 foot pratt truss. A lap pool with canyon vistas as well as a garden roof terrace take full advantage of the recreational landscape in which the project is sited.
